The PMI Lebanon is glad to announce that Mr. Joseph Abboud is the speaker for the month of July 2017 and he will talk about his PhD thesis which he is working on at the University of SALFORD, Manchester, UK: “Why Project Management is Hard?”
The session will be delivered on Thursday, July 27thth, 2017 at 6:30 PM in Holiday Inn Beirut Dunes, Verdun. Registration and refreshments are ready as of 6:00PM.

Through this session you will understand and learn the importance of soft skills rather than methodologies as well as “Balancing Project Management Hard Skills and Soft Skills.”
He is currently university lecturer and a PhD candidate in Project management.
He has planned and managed multimillion-dollar projects aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains in several countries like USA, OMAN, Kuwait, and Lebanon, with key emphasis on Project and Quality Management, and Risk Management.
Mr. Abboud also holds a M.Sc. degree in project management (Manchester, UK), PMP, PMI-ACP, and ITIL Credentials and B.Sc. in Software engineering.
He is an expert in Agile, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
