The PMI Lebanon is glad to announce that Mrs. Rana Jammoul is the speaker for the month of April 2018 and she will deliver a hands on workshop on managing project relations titled “Bridges to connect, build or let go?” which is based an action oriented program using diversified techniques such as Méthode ESPERE®, Co-active coaching, Organizational & Relationship System Coaching-ORSC and Neuro Linguistic Programming-NLP designed to develop ways to communicate differently and integrate the learning into their daily life to create the desired change.
The session will be held on Thursday, April 26th, 2018 at 6:30 PM in The Key ApartHotel Palais de Justice District, Corniche du Fleuve, Beirut, Lebanon.

- Differentiating between relationships: Personal and Professional
- Managing Relationships & Communication between project team members & stakeholders
- Applying the concept of Responsibility in building relationships between project team members & Stakeholders
- Presenting views and ideas with team members using apposition instead of opposition
The objective of this workshop is to get a better understanding of relationships and communication between project team members, and to learn some concepts and tools to build healthy relationships while managing and dealing with project stakeholders.
Mrs. Rana Jammoul, a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Chapter Lebanon and member of the institute ESPERE® International, is a Relationship Coach and Consultant. She is a self-motivated, lively and stimulating communicator who enlightens individuals and groups to become more aware of their own self-value and identity, to improve the quality of their relationships whether personal or professional. She offers them in Arabic, English and French, individual sessions as well as experiential workshops based on her expertise in various methodologies (Co-active Coaching, Organizational & Relationship System Coaching-ORSC, Neuro Linguistic Programming-NLP, and Méthode ESPERE®).
She has a proven track-record in developing programs to support individuals and groups in an interactive and dynamic way where they feel safe to share their challenging personal and professional experiences. This helps them acquire and apply tools and skills to manage their emotions and their conflicts in order to facilitate the ability to develop and improve the quality of their life.
As a Lebanese American University (LAU) graduate with a Master degree in Business Management, Rana transitioned from being a fresh graduate to a career-oriented woman and then a full- time mother. Afterwards, she started part-time consultancy, then ventured into managing her own company, she finally established herself in becoming a Relationship Coach and Consultant. This journey of more than 26 years of diverse professional experience in Lebanon and in United Arab Emirates combined with her in depth self-discovery and understanding of relationships has made Rana committed to help herself, as well as other individuals to smoothly navigate their own life journeys.
