PMI Lebanon Chapter is glad to announce that Mr. Rami Aoun is the speaker for the month of January 2019 and he will be delivering a hands on workshop about “Applying Emotional Intelligence Concepts in a Project Environment – Dealing with Different Behavioral Types”. The session will also include assessments and exercises of self awareness and discovery which are powerful tools of self mastery.
The session will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 6:30PM at The Key ApartHotel, Palais de Justice District, Corniche du Fleuve, Beirut, Lebanon.

Through this session, participants will have an overview of emotional intelligence, followed by an in-depth dive into behavioral personality styles and a tool for managing emotions in a project environment. Participants will be able to identify their behavioral type along with others in order to achieve better agreements, understandings and results.
About the Facilitator:
An energetic and result oriented professional with extensive experience in designing and delivering Leadership Programs, Customer Service Programs, Sales Programs, and Team Building workshops. His curiosity, thirst for knowledge and problem-solving approach has helped him in providing consulting services for private and public sector organizations in the Middle East.
Rami lived in Canada for seven years where he attended McGill University and worked in the sales and customer service department of Bell Canada. He also spent 4 years in British Columbia where he attended multiple workshops, trainings and seminars, analysing the different teaching and learning methodologies in order to find the best practices and to develop his own unique facilitating style. Due to the many years spent abroad, Rami has developed a great understanding of cultural differences and managing diversity; he is also perfectly fluent in both French and English with a strong Arabic background.
Rami Aoun joined the Business Development Unit of Formatech in 2009. Initially his focus was on developing the business by generating and developing a portfolio of clients looking at developing their biggest assets; their employees. His customer-oriented sales approach is what sets him apart from the field and makes his clients trust him and keen to deal with him.
Soon enough, Rami shifted to the Learning and Development Division; his focus is mainly on developing and delivering leadership and Customer Engagement Workshops. Over the years, Rami worked closely with Organizations from different fields (such as IT companies, Construction and Contracting, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunication, Banking and Finance, Commerce and Education) to improve their efficiency by enhancing the Behavioral Competencies of their employees in order for them to achieve high performance.
Rami has a proven track record as an outstanding communicator; he excels at getting all participants involved during his workshops and is a joy to watch in action. His charisma, energetic personality and wealth of knowledge make his interactive workshops highly practical, entertaining and result oriented.
